As everyone knows, last Thursday was World Book Day.

To mark the event, I went to Crumlin Childrens Hospital, to visit the school there. I had a wonderful time. It was really nice to meet the children who are doing so well by going to school, even when they’re not feeling the best. So ‘hi’ to all the great children I met, and a big thanks to Mary for inviting me.

After Crumlin, I went to Hodges Figgis to sign books, and to admire the beautiful window display of my books – thanks so much, Mary Bridget!

After that (phew) I went to Dubray books in Grafton street, to meet a wonderful group of 3rd class girls, and to listen the amazing scary stories they have been writing. Thanks to Lynn and Helen for setting it all up.
